Role Overview

Were looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with strong hands-on experience in HubSpot and/or Salesforce (Marketing perspective)someone who understands how campaigns, CRM, automation, and content work together to drive measurable business outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond execution-only marketing and now thinks in funnels, lifecycle stages, and revenue impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, content, paid media, and social
  • Own and manage HubSpot and/or Salesforce Marketing workflows (campaigns, journeys, lead nurturing, scoring, lifecycle stages)
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketingsales alignment (MQL SQL Revenue)
  • Set up and optimize automation, segmentation, and personalization
  • Manage landing pages, forms, CTAs, and conversion paths
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, funnels, and ROI
  • Collaborate with design, content, and strategy teams for campaign execution
  • Support ABM, outbound, and content-led growth initiatives


Required Skills & Experience

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing / growth marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • HubSpot (Marketing Hub preferred) and/or
  • Salesforce (Marketing Cloud / Pardot / integration-led usage)
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Lead management, lifecycle stages, scoring models
  • Email marketing, automation, and CRM-driven campaigns
  • B2B marketing funnels (preferred)
  • Experience with performance tracking, dashboards, and reporting
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (sales, design, content)


Good to Have

  • Experience with ABM tools, intent data, or outbound support
  • Exposure to AI-led marketing tools and automation platforms
  • Understanding of content strategy and storytelling-led growth
  • Experience working in consulting, SaaS, B2B services, or agency environments
