Job Description
Key Responsibilities The Digital Marketing Specialist will own performance marketing, SEO, social media, website management and content, while coordinating with creative and digital agencies to drive leads, brand visibility
Plan, execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta and other paid channels to deliver qualified leads and achieve target CPLs/CPSVs.
-Manage SEO (on-page, off-page and technical) including keyword research, site audits, content optimisation and link-building to grow organic traffic and rankings.
Handle end-to-end social media management: content calendars, posting, community engagement, and paid campaigns across key platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Oversee website management in coordination with internal teams/agency: updates, landing page creation, UX checks, tracking implementation and ensuring a seamless lead journey.
Collaborate with creative agencies for campaign concepts, briefs, creatives, videos and collateral; review outputs to ensure brand consistency and performance focus.
Coordinate with digital/media agencies for planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns; monitor budgets, bids and performance reports.
Identify, evaluate and pilot new-age digital platforms, martech tools and ad formats (automation, CRM integrations, marketing automation, lead management, etc.) to improve efficiency and conversion.
Track and report performance of all digital channels (paid, organic, social, website) with clear dashboards, insights and optimisation recommendations.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates and competitor activities to proactively suggest new growth opportunities.
6 8 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with strong exposure to performance campaigns, SEO, social media and website management
. Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and other performance platforms with clear results on lead generation and ROI. Qualification & Skills
Masters degree in marketing, Communications, Business or a related field preferred.
Real estate experience will be preferred, especially in driving digital leads for property projects, luxury developments or residential/commercial sales.
Self-driven digital marketer with ownership mindset, attention to detail, and a strong bias for experimentation and continuous improvement.
Strong understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and website analytics (Google Analytics, GA4, tag managers, heatmaps, etc.).
Proficiency with social media management and listening tools, and basic knowledge of marketing automation/CRM platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong copywriting and storytelling ability for blogs, ads and social content.
Ability to brief, coordinate and manage external agencies and internal stakeholders; strong project management and multitasking skills.
Data-driven mindset with comfort in reading dashboards, deriving insights and taking optimisation decisions.
