Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads, SEO, Shopify management, and social media management understanding, and is passionate about driving growth through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns of brands across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
• Manage budget allocation, ROAS optimization, and scaling strategies.
• Optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
• Create, manage, and optimize Shopify websites for better conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Design, build and maintain brands social media presence.
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools with social media marketing.
• Experience managing and optimizing websites on shopify.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Location: Shalimar Bagh, Delhi (Work from Office)

Salary Range: 25,000 35,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years
