Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing professional to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives across channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, performance marketing, content strategy, and analytics, with a strong understanding of B2B services marketing.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Develop monthly and quarterly marketing calendars
  • Identify target audiences and create campaigns to reach and convert them

Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on:
  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads (if applicable)
  • Monitor CPL, CAC, ROI, and conversion metrics
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages

SEO & Content Marketing

  • Improve organic visibility through on-page and off-page SEO
  • Keyword research, content planning, and optimization
  • Coordinate blog posts, case studies, website content, and landing pages

Social Media & Brand Building

  • Manage company presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Build thought leadership and brand awareness for B2B audience
  • Track engagement, reach, and follower growth

Email & CRM Marketing

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Lead nurturing and drip campaigns
  • Maintain and analyze CRM/lead data

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads dashboards
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement


Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of B2B services marketing
  • Experience in lead generation and performance marketing
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Good to Have

  • Experience marketing to Middle East, US or international clients
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools
  • Basic understanding of website CMS (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
  • Content writing or coordination experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
