Job Overview
Shark Matrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage the companys digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, and email marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across various digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and conversion metrics.
- Manage social media platforms and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Coordinate with design, content, and development teams to create effective marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Track and report on ROI and marketing performance using analytics tools.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry practices.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to ensure effective execution of strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 57 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in IT or digital services industry.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field.
