Job Description

We are looking for aresults-driven Digital Marketing Manager with experience in the Real Estate industryto lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive high-quality lead generation for property projects.


The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inperformance marketing, real estate lead funnels, and campaign optimization, with a clear understanding of digital platforms algorithms.


You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that generatequalified leads, site visits, and conversions.



Key Responsibilities


Performance Marketing

  • Plan, launch, and managepaid digital campaignsacross platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube.
  • Develop targeted campaigns forproperty launches, ongoing projects, and promotional campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns to achievehigh-quality leads and lower cost per lead (CPL).


Real Estate Lead Generation

  • Build and optimizelead generation funnelsfor property inquiries.
  • Create and managehigh-converting landing pagesfor real estate campaigns.
  • Ensure properlead tracking, CRM integration, and lead qualification processes.


Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Develop digital marketing strategies for:

New project launches

Brand awareness campaigns

Retargeting campaigns

Seasonal and festive campaigns

  • Plangeo-targeted campaignsto attract potential buyers and investors.



Social Media Marketing

  • Manage and grow the companys presence onFacebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Plan and execute engaging content including:

Property highlights

Virtual walkthroughs

Testimonials

Project updates

  • Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign creatives.


SEO & Organic Growth

  • Work on improvingorganic visibility for real estate keywords.
  • Optimize property listing pages and landing pages for search engines.
  • Develop content strategies to attract potential homebuyers and investors.



Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor campaign performance using tools such asGoogle Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Track and analyze key metrics including:

Cost per lead (CPL)

Lead quality

Conversion rates

ROI on marketing campaigns

  • Prepareweekly and monthly marketing performance reports.




Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 36 years of experience inDigital Marketing
  • Proven experience inReal Estate Marketing or Property Lead Generation
  • Strong expertise inGoogle Ads and Meta Ads
  • Experience withlanding page creation, optimization and conversion tracking
  • Familiarity withCRM tools and marketing automation platforms
  • Good understanding ofanalytics, performance metrics, and campaign optimization
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills



Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience working withreal estate developers, property portals, or marketing agencies
  • Knowledge ofreal estate buyer journey and sales funnel
