Were looking for an Account Manager who can own clients end-to-end : strategy, execution, reporting, communication, and retention.


Role Overview

As an Account Manager Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for managing and scaling client accounts across Google Ads and Meta Ads , while acting as the primary point of contact for clients. This role blends hands-on campaign management with client success and relationship ownership .

You are expected to think like a growth partner, not just an ads operator.


Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Own campaign structures, budgets, bidding strategies, creatives coordination, and landing page alignment
  • Continuously optimize for ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, and conversion rate
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copies, and funnels
  • Work closely with design and copy teams to build high-performing creatives

Client Success & Account Ownership

  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients
  • Lead client calls, performance reviews, and strategy discussions
  • Translate business goals into paid media strategies
  • Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and growth opportunities
  • Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare and present weekly / monthly performance reports with insights and action plans
  • Clearly explain performance metrics and decisions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Maintain transparent communication on wins, risks, and next steps

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 25 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Account Management (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Solid understanding of funnels, attribution, conversion tracking, and analytics
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, performance-driven environments


Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

  • Experience with ecommerce, lead generation, or high-spend accounts
  • Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio
  • Understanding of landing page CRO and funnel optimization
  • Exposure to integrated marketing (SEO, social, content, branding)
  • Revenue-driven mindset with upselling and account expansion experience
