Role Overview

This is not a traditional marketing role.

As Digital Marketing Manager , you will shape how Novel Patterns is positioned globallyfrom demand generation and pipeline creation to category storytelling and executive visibility. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to build a predictable, scalable GTM engine.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Growth

• Drive 35 YoY growth in marketing-sourced pipeline
• Improve MQLSQL conversion by 25% through scoring and nurturing
• Build integrated campaigns across organic, ABM, and partnerships

Brand & Thought Leadership

• Position Novel Patterns as a credible voice in fintech and AI-led decisioning
• Drive media, analyst, and ecosystem visibility across priority markets

Product Marketing & Enablement

• Own competitive positioning, messaging frameworks, and personas
• Deliver sales enablement assets across geographies

GTM & Team Leadership

• Build and manage a high-performing marketing team
• Partner with Sales and Product on shared pipeline and revenue goals

Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing/Strategy from a Tier 1/2 institute with data driven mindset
• 7+ years of B2B SaaS or fintech marketing experience
• Strong demand gen, product marketing, and GTM expertise
