About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with extensive experience in handling international markets (US/UK/Europe) and strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC campaigns, and performance marketing . The ideal candidate must come from the outsourcing industry and be able to strategise, execute, and optimise digital campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, and PPC campaigns targeting international markets.
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies for outsourcing/virtual staffing services.
• Manage campaign budgets, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and ad performance analytics.
• Analyse data to improve ROI, CPL, and overall campaign performance.
• Build landing pages, funnels, and ad creatives aligned with campaign goals.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion.
• Manage SEO, content strategy, and overall digital presence.
• Track KPIs and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Stay updated with global digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 67 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for international markets .
• Proven experience running Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads for lead gen campaigns.
• Prior experience in the outsourcing / offshore staffing / BPO services industry is mandatory .
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage large ad budgets and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
