Job Description

Role Objective:

To support and contribute to digital marketing initiatives, branding and creative initiatives, website maintenance, social media management, agency and stake holder coordination, competition analysis and ensuring adherence to brand and compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

*Branding & Creative Coordination:*

1) Contribute to digital branding initiatives to strengthen brand presence across platforms

2) Coordinate with creative, content, and agency teams for campaign creatives and copies

3) Ensure consistency of visual identity and messaging as per brand guidelines

4) Drive the creation of brand- and product-aligned videos by evaluating and managing video agencies, ensuring relevance to target audiences and platform best practices

*Website Management (RBI-Regulated Environment)*

1) Manage and maintain the companys RBI-regulated website, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely updates

2) Coordinate with IT teams, internal stakeholders, and the Compliance team for website content updates, enhancements, and technical fixes.

3) Ensure product pages, statutory disclosures, and policy-related content are always current and compliant

4) Monitor website hygiene, performance, and user experience

5) Strong analytics knowledge, with hands-on experience in GA4 and performance analysis to derive actionable insights.

*Social Media Management*

1) Manage and coordinate with the social media agency for execution across SM platforms

2) Review and approve monthly social media content calendars in line with brand guidelines

3) Ensure timely posting, adherence to approval workflows, and platform hygiene

4) Ensure all social media communication aligns with regulatory requirements, brand tone, and visual guidelines

5) Conduct performance reviews with the agency and drive re-strategisation and optimisation based on insights and outcomes

6) Competition audit and benchmarking

*Skill Set & Competencies*

1) Practical experience in SEO and SEM, including execution and optimization

2) Experience in content generation and content strategy

3) Strong eye for branding, storytelling, and creative quality

4) High attention to detail and compliance sensitivity

5) Experience in NBFC, BFSI, banking, insurance, media, or FMCG


Experience:

Minimum 45 years of relevant digital marketing experience (mandatory)
