Madchatter is looking for astrategy-first Digital Marketing professional with deep expertise inSEO, content planning, and performance-led storytelling . This role sits at the intersection ofbrand narrative, discoverability, and conversion ideal for someone who understands how content drives authority, traffic, and leads.
This isnot a pure social media role . Were looking for someone who canown organic growth, content architecture, and SEO-led performance across brands.
Your RoleAs a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and executingSEO-driven content strategies that strengthen brand visibility, authority, and business impact.
You will work closely with PR, content, and leadership teams to ensure that every piece of content serves astrategic purpose whether its thought leadership, discoverability, or lead generation.
Key ResponsibilitiesSEO & Organic Growth
- Own end-to-endSEO strategy on-page, off-page, and content-led SEO.
- Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Drive consistentorganic traffic and lead growth through structured content planning.
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, etc.
- Buildcontent strategies and calendars aligned with brand goals, PR narratives, and search intent.
- Oversee creation of blogs, articles, website content, emailers, and sales collateral.
- Ensure all content isSEO-optimised, high-quality, and conversion-focused .
- Establish brands asthought leaders through long-form, authoritative content.
- Work closely with PR teams to alignmedia narratives with owned content platforms .
- Collaborate with design, social, and performance teams for integrated campaigns.
- Support email marketing and lead-nurturing initiatives through content.
- Mentor writers and junior marketers; ensure editorial and SEO standards are met.
- Review content for structure, tone, optimisation, and performance potential.
- Track results, derive insights, and refine strategies accordingly.
- 58 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus onSEO & content strategy .
- Proven track record ofscaling organic traffic and leads through content.
- Hands-on experience withSEO tools , analytics, and performance tracking.
- Strong editorial judgement knows how to balance storytelling with search intent.
- Experience working withB2B, tech, fintech, Web3, or corporate brands is a plus.
- Ability to think strategically, execute independently, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple brands.
- Work on high-impact brands across PR, corporate communications, and emerging sectors.
- A strategy-led environment where content is not treated as filler, but as leverage.
- Direct exposure to leadership and decision-making.
- Space to build frameworks, not just execute tasks.
