Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager located in Mumbai. The role involves will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on platform expertise, and the ability to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency and ROI.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Commerce, or a related field
- Masters degree (MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Digital Marketing) preferred but not mandatory
Professional Qualifications & Skills
- 46 years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing
- Proven expertise in paid media platforms :
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads (B2B preferred)
Strong understanding of:
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Funnel strategy & customer acquisition
- Retargeting and audience segmentation
- Experience with analytics & tracking tools :
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Pixel & conversion APIs
- Ability to manage marketing budgets , ROAS, CAC, LTV, and scaling campaigns
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing , creatives, landing pages, and ad copies
- Working knowledge of CRM tools , marketing automation, and lead management systems.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Strategic thinking with execution capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments
