Role Overview


We are looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Digital Manager to lead performance marketing initiatives across digital platforms. The role requires strong analytical ability, CRM integration understanding, and ownership of end-to-end lead generation systems.


The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing high-budget campaigns, optimizing for lead quality, and aligning marketing performance with business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

1 Performance Campaign Management


Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.


Manage monthly budgets and ensure efficient cost-per-lead performance.


Monitor performance metrics including CPL, lead quality, conversion ratios, and ROI.


Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.


2 Funnel & Tracking Optimization


Maintain and optimize GA4 tracking infrastructure.


Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution.


Identify funnel leakages and recommend improvements.


Maintain documentation for tracking setups and campaign structures.


3 CRM & Lead Flow Management


Manage and monitor lead flow across Sell.do CRM.


Ensure smooth integration between ad platforms and CRM systems.


Work closely with pre-sales and sales teams to improve lead quality.


Optimize lead routing and WhatsApp Business API communication flows.


4 Reporting & Analysis


Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.


Identify trends and provide actionable insights.


Forecast lead volumes and budget allocations.


Align campaign performance with revenue objectives.


5 Cross-Functional Coordination


Collaborate with creative teams for ad assets.


Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align marketing goals.


Ensure campaign messaging reflects brand positioning.


Required Skills & Qualifications


24 years of experience in performance marketing.


Strong understanding of Google Ads & Meta Ads.


Hands-on experience with GA4 and conversion tracking.


Experience working with CRM platforms (preferably Sell.do).


Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.


Proficiency in Excel for performance analysis.
