Were looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who understands numbers, creatives, funnels, and execution someone who can collaborate closely with strategy and creative teams to drive measurable growth across paid channels.

• Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping & Display)
• Coordinate with the senior performance lead and creative team to ensure timely asset delivery
• Pull performance reports, analyse campaign data, and present actionable insights
• Support A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copies
• Ensure accurate pixel, event, and conversion tracking via GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
• Research competitor campaigns and paid media trends
• Maintain performance dashboards for ongoing client campaigns
• Take ownership of task tracking, documentation, and client-ready performance updates

• 34 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• Minimum 2 years in a digital marketing agency environment
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, budgeting, and funnel strategy
• Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and Meta Events Manager
• Comfortable handling multiple brands and categories
• Clear communication skills you can explain results, learnings, and next steps
• Curious, growth-oriented mindset beyond just campaign setup

• Mandatory work from office (Gurgaon Faridabad Road)
• Portfolio / case studies required (performance results or creative work)
