Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager who has strong experience in performance marketing, digital campaign management, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, analytics tracking, and team management.

Candidates with experience working in the training, coaching, or education industry will be given preference.

Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand growth

Manage and monitor advertising budgets, performance metrics, and ROI

Implement and manage tracking systems using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4

Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and reports

Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaign execution

Handle client communication and requirement gathering from different companies

Manage and guide the digital marketing team to ensure campaign success

Optimize funnels and improve conversion rates for marketing campaigns

Strong experience in Facebook Ads & Google Ads campaign management

Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 tracking

Ability to analyze marketing data and improve campaign performance

Experience in team management and client handling

Strong communication and strategic thinking skills

3 5 years of experience in digital/performance marketing

Experience working with training institutes, coaching businesses, or service-based companies is highly preferred

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
