Digital Marketing Manager

Job Type: Full-time, On-Site (Mandatory)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with strong experience in the IT industry to join our team on-site in Sector 49, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will play a dual role:

1 .Lead Generation (Core Responsibility):

Independently plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Generate quality B2B leads for IT services including mobile app development, website development, ERP solutions, and custom IT solutions.

Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and maintain a healthy lead pipeline.

2 .Team Leadership (Secondary Responsibility):

Manage and lead the social media marketing team.

Oversee content planning, execution, and campaign management.

Ensure timely delivery of tasks, provide strategic direction, and review campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 35 years in digital marketing (Majorly lead generation) for an IT company.

Proven expertise in Performance Marketing, especially Google Ads & Meta Ads.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns and revise strategies.
