Role Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive scalable growth across all brands under Dashah Ventures OPC Private Limited.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad where you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid advertising channels, analytics tools, conversion tracking, and marketing automation to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as
Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CAC, CTR, and ROAS.
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
Build and optimize lead generation funnels for tutoring services, digital services, and SaaS products.
Work closely with the sales and CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as:
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, CRM dashboards
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Conversion Tracking & Automation
Implement conversion tracking, pixel integrations, and event tracking.
Optimize landing pages, A/B test creatives, and improve conversion rates.
Preferred Skills
Strong experience in Performance Marketing and Paid Media
Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or digital service marketing
Knowledge of SEO and marketing automation tools
Experience in landing page optimization and CRO
