Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. The role involves designing and publishing high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, driving lead generation, improving organic visibility through SEO, and managing social media marketing to support brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads)
- Plan, create, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Design ad copies, creatives, headlines, and CTAs aligned with brand messaging and conversion goals.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
- Generate regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
2. Lead Generation & Funnel Management
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across paid, organic, and social channels.
- Optimize landing pages, lead forms, and conversion funnels in coordination with design and tech teams.
- Ensure lead quality, tracking, and seamless handover to sales / counselling teams.
- Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies to improve conversions.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking structures.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Search Console and Analytics.
- Improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and domain authority.
4. Social Media Marketing & Management
- Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create content calendars aligned with campaigns, seasons, and business objectives.
- Manage organic posting, community engagement, and brand communication.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams for creatives, reels, videos, and posts.
- Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance.
5. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and other tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards and MIS reports.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure accurate tracking through pixels, conversion APIs, tags, and UTM parameters.
6. Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with business, sales, content, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Suggest innovative ideas to improve brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms
- Proven expertise in lead generation and performance marketing
- Solid understanding of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical)
- Social media strategy and content planning skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
- Good copywriting and ad messaging skills
- Budget management and ROI optimization
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 58 years of relevant experience in digital marketing (experience level flexible based on role)
- Experience in education, services, or lead-driven businesses will be an advantage
