Job Summary

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads to drive student enrollments for our academic programs. The role focuses on performance marketing - planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads and improve conversions from lead to admission.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end Google Ads strategy and execution (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Remarketing).
  • Drive lead generation for courses/programs with a focus on CPL, lead quality, and enrollments.
  • Build and optimize keyword strategy (intent-based, competitor, long-tail), negative keywords, and match types.
  • Create and test ad copies, extensions, creatives, and landing page messaging (A/B testing).
  • Implement and manage tracking: GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion events, call tracking, and form tracking.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize bids, budgets, audiences, placements, and funnel steps.
  • Coordinate with content/design teams for landing pages, creatives, and funnel assets (lead magnets, webinar pages, etc.).
  • Work closely with the admissions/sales team to improve lead-to-enrollment conversion and reduce junk leads.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights (what worked, what didnt, next actions).
  • Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies and maintain brand consistency.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of performance marketing experience with strong focus on Google Ads.
  • Proven experience running lead-gen campaigns (preferably EdTech/education) with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, CAC.
  • Working knowledge of GA4 + GTM and conversion tracking setup.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate on-site with multiple teams.


Preferred (Good to Have):

  • Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for lead generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM/Lead tracking tools (Zoho/HubSpot/LeadSquared or similar).
  • Experience with YouTube Ads for awareness + retargeting funnels.
  • CRO exposure: landing page optimization, form strategy, heatmaps (Hotjar, etc.).
