Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Strategize and execute customer engagement initiatives across various platforms, including social media and online portals.

E-commerce Sales Development: Drive e-commerce sales strategies to maximize revenue.

Branding: Develop and enhance brand identity and positioning in the market.

Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.

Competition Analysis & Product Development: Conduct thorough competition analysis and support brand and product development initiatives.

On-ground Activations: Plan and execute on-ground activation events to promote brand visibility.

ATL & BTL Activities: Manage Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities.

Brand Management: Oversee brand management from pre-launch through to success.


Preferred Candidates:

Masters degree in Marketing

Based in Mumbai

2+ years experience in a consumer goods company

Background in digital marketing

Excellent communication skills

Entrepreneurial mindset; self-driven and proactive

Professional and process-oriented

Proficient in MS Office

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage data and communication effectively
