  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels such as web, SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Analyze metrics, measure and report on the performance of all digital campaigns, and optimize based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage and mentor teams consisting of executives, designers, or copywriters, and coordinate with media professionals and other agencies.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and the latest tools relevant to digital marketing.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of campaign landing pages, conduct A/B tests, and recommend UX improvements.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets and ROI, and prepare detailed campaign reports for stakeholders and clients.
  • Identify and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and external vendors.



Job Requirement


  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a substantial portion in agency environments.
  • Demonstrable experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for various industries and verticals.
  • Strong command of digital marketing tools/platforms: Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email marketing software, SEO tools, and CMS platforms.
  • Certifications (optional but valued): Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or Digital Marketing certifications.
  • Proficient in managing and motivating diverse teams; excellent communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under tight deadlines.
