Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing our digital marketing strategy to drive student enrollments, brand awareness and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, etc.

Plan and optimize performance marketing campaigns for lead generation and conversions.

Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media strategies.

Track, analyse, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.

Manage landing pages and funnel optimisation to improve conversion rates.

Coordinate with content, design and sales teams to ensure aligned messaging.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the EdTech space.

Manage digital marketing budget effectively to maximise ROI.

Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

36 years of experience in digital marketing (EdTech preferred).

Strong expertise in performance marketing & lead generation.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools and CRM systems.

Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.

Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus.
