Role Summary

We are looking for an experiencedDigital Marketing Managerto lead and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies. The role requires hands-on expertise across all digital channels, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage teams and drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Drive performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Lead SEO, content, social media, and website optimization initiatives
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns using GA4, ad dashboards, and CRM tools
• Manage content calendars, creatives, and multimedia/video initiatives
• Implement marketing automation (email, SMS, retargeting)
• Lead and mentor internal teams and manage external vendors/agencies

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (EdTech/SaaS preferred)
• Strong expertise in Paid Ads, SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing, and CRO
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot/Mailchimp
• Working knowledge of basic video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
