Role Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with 4+ years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong command of modern marketing tools and technologies. You will own and execute the entire digital marketing funnel from customer acquisition and engagement to retention and performance measurement while optimizing for business growth and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and lead comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and KPI targets.
Define customer acquisition, engagement, and retention plans across digital channels.
Identify target audiences and optimize channel strategy to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
Execution & Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize all digital campaigns including Paid Media (Google Ads, Meta/Instagram/ TikTok ads), SEO/SEM, email, affiliate, and influencer marketing.
Own campaign budgets and drive performance to meet CAC, ROAS, CLV, and other key metrics.
Manage end-to-end campaign workflows from creative briefing to launch and real-time optimization.
Performance Tracking & Analytics
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, dashboards).
Generate regular performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Use data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness and customer experience.
Content & Growth Initiatives
Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop compelling content tailored to customer personas.
Drive growth experiments (A/B testing, CRO, funnel optimization) to increase conversion rates and Average Order Value (AOV).
Stay updated with industry trends and digital tools to keep the brand ahead of competition.
Team & Vendor Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies/partners to execute high-impact campaigns.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members or freelance specialists where applicable.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Masters preferred).
4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, ideally with D2C/e-commerce brands.
Expertise in digital marketing tools & platforms Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, CRM/automation tools, email marketing software.
Strong analytical skills with a track record of managing performance marketing campaigns and optimizing budgets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify/Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, Magento).
Knowledge of marketing automation, segmentation techniques, and lifecycle campaigns.
Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard tools (Looker, Data Studio).
Creative mindset with an eye for user-centric messaging.
