An exceptional career opportunity for a highly experienced full stack digital marketing manager and PPC & SEO expert to build and lead a hands-on digital marketing team delivering campaigns for major UK B2B clients from our Bangalore office.

We are looking for a performance-driven marketer who leads from the front. This role requires deep expertise across the full digital marketing stack, with particular strength in PPC, paid advertising and search marketing, combined with the ability to build and scale a high-performing team. You will remain directly involved in campaign strategy and optimisation while developing a digital marketing capability supporting the UK market.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow a hands-on digital marketing team supporting UK B2B clients.

Own and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn and paid social platforms.

Drive lead generation performance, focusing on strong CPL, CPA and ROI outcomes.

Provide strong leadership on SEO strategy including technical SEO, search performance and content optimisation.

Work closely with creative and sales teams to maximise conversion and campaign effectiveness.

Develop structured reporting, campaign optimisation processes and performance discipline across the team.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years digital marketing experience with deep expertise in PPC and SEO.

Strong experience running campaigns targeting the UK market, particularly in B2B sectors.

Proven ability to lead and build a technical digital marketing team while remaining hands-on with campaign execution.

Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable performance and growth.
