Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will own Wonderlas full-funnel digital strategy; driving awareness, traffic, conversions and online revenue across parks and resorts. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a data-driven marketer who can manage campaigns at scale, lead cross-functional projects, and optimise performance across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:"
1. Performance Marketing & Revenue Growth
- Lead and optimise performance campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, OTT, programmatic and affiliate networks
- Own the digital revenue target for online ticketing, resort bookings and park packages
- Manage ROAS, CAC, cost per lead and conversion funnels across platforms
- Work with agencies to plan, execute and scale always-on + seasonal campaigns
- Deep dive into analytics to identify growth levers, audiences and channel opportunities
2. Website, App & CRM
- Oversee website performance, SEO, content hygiene and conversion optimisation
- Partner with Product/IT teams on UX improvements, landing pages, booking flow and tracking infrastructure
- Lead CRM/marketing automation, including segmentation, journeys, lifecycle campaigns and app engagement
- Ensure strong attribution, events tracking, and error-free UTM & pixel setup
3. Data, Insights & Reporting
- Build dashboards for daily/weekly/monthly performance tracking
- Deliver insights on campaigns, cohorts, audience behaviour and channel efficiency
- Present digital performance to leadership across parks, resorts and corporate
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Park Marketing Heads, Sales, IT, Creative, Brand, and Resort teams
- Coordinate with ticketing partners, affiliate platforms and agency partners
- Support product launches, event promotions, festive campaigns and park-specific priorities
Requirements :
- 4-6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong performance marketing exposure
- Proven track record of driving revenue through digital channels at scale (2550 Cr+/year preferred)
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, SEO, CRM tools and marketing automation
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with dashboards, data tools and experimentation
- Experience working with agencies, content teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Preferred: Experience in hospitality, entertainment, e-commerce, F&B, retail or consumer brands with high transaction volume
