Arka Anugraha Hospital is an NABH-accredited, 30-bed multispeciality and surgical centre in JP Nagar, Bangalore, with a multi-decade clinical legacy. Our ecosystem extends beyond the hospital: Arka runs a structured health coaching programme (offline and online), a curated wellness marketplace (store.arka.health), physician-led educational content, and community-facing webinars. Our mission is to make healthy living and chronic disease reversal as frictionless as possible for every client we serve.

We are not a miniature corporate hospital chain. We are building something fundamentally different a differentiated integrative health brand with moats that large chains structurally cannot replicate. The person in this role will be marketing that difference.


Role Purpose

This is a full-stack digital marketing role, not a narrow paid-ads position. You will own end-to-end digital growth across Arkas entire ecosystem the hospital, the coaching programme, the wellness store, and the content brand. The focus is on patient and client acquisition, lead generation, ROI-driven campaign management, and building Arkas digital presence as the leading integrative health institution in Bangalore.

You will work directly with the founding team, senior clinicians, and a small, fast-moving team. This is an early-stage ownership role with real strategic input, not a task-execution seat.


Key Responsibilities1. Website SEO & Organic Growth
  • Own and execute the complete SEO strategy: on-page, off-page, and technical SEO across arka.health and store.arka.health
  • Perform keyword research aligned with hospital services, surgical specialities, conditions, integrative medicine terms, and coaching programme queries
  • Optimise meta tags, headings, schema markup (especially medical and FAQ schema), page speed, mobile responsiveness, internal linking, and URL structures
  • Build high-quality backlinks from healthcare-relevant domains, medical directories, and wellness publications
  • Track performance via Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console; produce actionable insights, not just dashboards
  • Continuously improve organic lead conversion rate with landing page refinements


2. Google My Business & Local SEO
  • Manage and optimise the Google Business Profile for Arka Anugraha Hospital
  • Improve local ranking for near me and location-based searches across surgery, speciality, and integrative medicine queries
  • Regularly update services, posts, FAQs, and images; ensure information accuracy across all listings
  • Generate, monitor, and manage patient reviews and ratings; respond to all reviews (positive and negative) professionally and promptly
  • Implement local citation building strategies across healthcare-relevant directories


3. Healthcare Listing & Aggregator Platforms
  • Manage and optimise Arkas profiles on Practo, Lybrate, Justdial, Sulekha, and other relevant Indian healthcare aggregators
  • Monitor reviews, ratings, and patient inquiries on each platform; ensure consistent branding and accurate service listings
  • Evaluate and manage paid advertising opportunities on these platforms where ROI is demonstrable
  • Track platform-level lead attribution to understand cost per acquisition from each channel


4. Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO)
  • Optimise content for AI-driven search engines and assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.)
  • Structure content for featured snippets, AI summaries, and voice search responses
  • Implement semantic SEO and intent-based content strategies with strong topical authority
  • Strengthen E-E-A-T signals (Experience, Expertise, Authority, Trust) across all web properties, leveraging Arkas clinical credentials


5. Paid Advertising (Performance Marketing)

Google Ads:

  • Manage campaigns across Search Ads (high-intent keywords), Display Ads (awareness), and YouTube Ads (video campaigns)
  • Optimise for CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS; implement conversion tracking and remarketing
  • Build and test campaigns for specific verticals: surgical services, integrative medicine programmes, health coaching, and wellness store

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram):

  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns, awareness campaigns, and retargeting flows
  • Perform audience segmentation and A/B testing across demographics, interests, and lookalike audiences
  • Optimise creatives, copy, and funnels for each Arka vertical


6. Organic Social Media & Content Coordination
  • Coordinate organic content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn in collaboration with clinicians and video editors
  • Support the physician-as-brand strategy: help plan, schedule, and promote educational content featuring Arkas senior clinicians
  • Identify trending health and wellness content formats; adapt for Arkas tone and clinical credibility
  • Track engagement metrics and organic reach; iterate on content strategy based on performance data


7. WhatsApp & Email Marketing
  • Set up and manage WhatsApp Business API campaigns for patient nurturing, appointment reminders, coaching programme updates, and store promotions
  • Build email drip sequences for coaching leads, post-consultation follow-ups, and wellness education
  • Manage and grow subscriber lists with proper segmentation (patients, coaching clients, store customers)
  • Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversion attribution from both channels


8. Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
  • Improve landing pages for higher lead conversion across all verticals (hospital, coaching, store)
  • Conduct A/B testing on headlines, CTAs, layouts, and form designs
  • Optimise the full patient/client journey: click inquiry appointment/enrolment


9. Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and report on core KPIs: Cost per Lead (CPL), Conversion Rate, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), organic traffic growth, and keyword rankings
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations, not just data summaries
  • Attribute leads and conversions by channel, vertical, and campaign to inform budget allocation

10. Collaboration & Strategy
  • Work directly with doctors and clinical teams to ensure content accuracy and clinical credibility
  • Coordinate with designers and video editors on creative assets
  • Partner with management on growth strategy, budget planning, and new digital initiatives
  • Identify new opportunities for digital expansion across Arkas ecosystem (new platforms, partnerships, referral channels)
