Job Description

Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Development of strategies through thorough research to engage with the concerned demographics for each digital marketing project, based on the specific Goals/KPIs/KRAs/Objectives.
  • Developing budget plans that help meet those goals, using data and insights at the center point.
  • Handling projects independently with scope of work such as, but not limited to, - SMM, SEM, SEO, Influencer marketing, Digital PR etc.
  • Preparing monthly calendars for each assigned project in collaboration with the client services, copy & design teams.
  • Generating monthly reports for each assigned project based on their objectives and independent KPIs & KRAs.
  • Assisting the team in execution of projects from start to finish and put learnings into action for future projects


Client, Team & Third Party Liaisons

  • Regular interaction with clients to understand their digital marketing needs, objectives, concerns and offering functional solutions.
  • Regular interaction with clients & the team for discussion of insights, analysis from research, existing campaigns, and reports.
  • Communicate, & work directly internal teams to define functional and technical requirements i.e. third-party software integration and dependencies to define detailed project plans and timelines
  • Work closely with content writers, designers & client services team to ideate & create effective content strategies for each assigned project- for posts, blogs, videos, ads, etc.
  • Ensure that the entire monthly calendar and campaigns are delivered on time from conceptualization to execution.
  • Ensure adequate funds are available across all digital marketing platforms to avoid ad campaings going on hold.
  • Communicate with, and manage third parties hired for various digital marketing projects, such as, but not limited to influencers, PR agencies etc.


Reporting & Results

  • Research & development of proposals for digital marketing inquiries.


Documentation of activities

  • Overall project Health
  • Competitor Analysis & Industry Insights
  • Derivation of KPIs & Reports.


Continuous Learning and Development

  • Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing
  • Continously enhancing skills and expertise


Qualification:

Bachelor's/Master's Degree
