SIEM XPERT is a leading EdTech and MSSP focused on cybersecurity training and managed SOC services. Were scaling globally and seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance-led growth across markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Growth: Build and execute an integrated digital strategy that drives qualified leads, revenue, and brand authority.
  • Performance Marketing (Global): Plan, launch, and optimize ROI-positive campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta including multi-geo targeting, multi-currency bidding, and MCC structures.
  • International SEO: Own technical, on-page, and off-page SEO for multiple regions (US/UK/Middle East/APAC), including hreflang, localization, geo-specific keyword clusters, and international link building.
  • Content & Social: Oversee content calendars (blogs, case studies, reels, webinars) and grow engagement on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube.
  • Marketing Automation: Run email, nurture, and drip workflows via HubSpot/Zoho (lead scoring, segmentation, A/B testing).
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, MQLSQLRevenue), build weekly/monthly dashboards, and drive insights using GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
  • Team & Vendor Management: Lead a small in-house team; manage agencies for SEO, creatives, and paid media.
  • Website & CRO: Own landing pages, page-speed, tracking (GTM), and conversion-rate optimization.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelors/Masters in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years in digital marketing with demonstrated international SEO and paid media success.
  • Hands-on with GA4, Google Ads (Search/Display/Video), LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, GTM, GSC, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot/Zoho CRM.
  • Strong grasp of hreflang, canonicalization, site architecture , and lead-gen funnels across regions.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, forecast pipeline impact, and hit CPL/ROAS targets.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership.
