Job Summary

Olfant is looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Group Leader who can drive performance marketing campaigns, lead a team, and build strong digital growth strategies. The candidate must have proven hands-on experience in managing digital platforms and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies
• Manage SEO, SMM, and paid advertising campaigns
• Handle Google Ads and campaign optimization
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI
• Collaborate with management for strategic growth planning

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, SEO & SMM
• Hands-on experience in Google Ads Management
• Excellent team handling and leadership skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Proven real-time project execution experience

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
• Currently working as a Team Leader / Group Leader / Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
• Demonstrated experience in managing a team and achieving targets
