Role Overview

We are looking for a tech-enabled Marketing Executive to support the Senior Marketing Manager in daily coordination across SEO, PPC, content, social media, design, and development-related tasks . This is a hands-on, execution-driven role suited for someone with strong logical ability, problem-solving skills, a passion for automotive , and the ability to stay organised while managing multiple parallel tasks.

The role requires a working understanding of digital marketing, automotive parts, AI tools, and basic coding , with a strong focus on execution, coordination, and continuous improvement.


What Youll Do

SEO Support (On-Page & Off-Page): Perform keyword research and competitor analysis. Execute on-page optimisation including title and meta updates, schema support, and content optimisation. Coordinate off-page activities such as link-building, citations, and outreach assistance. Track keyword rankings and prepare weekly SEO performance reports. Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with developers for fixes.

PPC Support: Assist the PPC team in creating and updating Google Ads campaigns. Build keyword lists, add negative keywords, and optimise ad groups. Perform routine PPC hygiene checks and recommend improvements. Analyse campaign data and generate actionable performance insights.

Website Operations & Dev Coordination: Support daily website updates, fixes, and optimisations across e-commerce platforms. Create basic HTML/CSS code for UI fixes, banners, landing pages, and modules. Coordinate with developers for bug fixes, enhancements, and new features. Run UI/UX audits and prepare Microsoft Clarity heatmap and behaviour reports. Suggest actionable UI/UX improvements based on user behaviour analysis. Proactively monitor website performance and identify bottlenecks.

Social Media & Content Support: Assist in planning social media posts, reels, and creatives. Research trending topics, automotive content ideas, and viral formats. Support designers with creative research and brand-aligned visual ideas. Help content writers accelerate delivery using ChatGPT and AI-based workflows . Write basic copy for captions, short posts, banners, and email content.

Marketing Operations & Management Support: Support the Senior Marketing Manager in organising marketing workflows and priorities. Maintain Google Drive folders, documentation, and process sheets. Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Track project progress across SEO, PPC, development, content, and social teams. Improve coordination between teams to ensure timely execution. Follow instructions accurately and ensure assigned tasks are completed end-to-end.


What Were Looking For

Strong hands-on knowledge of ChatGPT prompting and AI-assisted workflows . Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS . Solid understanding of automotive parts, vehicle components, and aftermarket products . Working knowledge of SEO (on-page and off-page), Google Ads fundamentals, and digital marketing operations. Comfort working on e-commerce CMS platforms . Ability to analyse UI/UX behaviour and interpret Microsoft Clarity or analytics dashboards.

Marketing & Platform Skills

Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube. Ability to generate ideas for reels, posts, and campaigns. Basic content writing skills and ability to guide writers and designers. Understanding of e-commerce funnels and automotive customer behaviour.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field. 14 years of experience in digital marketing or tech-enabled marketing roles. Automotive knowledge is mandatory. Hands-on experience with SEO tools, Google Ads, ChatGPT, and analytics dashboards.

Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level.

Work Mode

Hybrid role based in Gurugram/Delhi NCR . Must be available for daily coordination with the Senior Marketing Manager.
