Role Overview:

Finxbridge is looking for a Performance Marketing professional who can contribute to planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms, while supporting overall growth and marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Monitor and optimize paid ad campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking
• Create, test, and improve ad creatives for paid campaigns
• Design marketing creatives using tools such as Canva
• Perform basic SEO activities including backlink building and on-page support
• Track key performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports
• Work closely with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
• Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices

Skills & Requirements:

• 13 years of hands-on experience in SEO (mandatory)
• Practical experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of keyword research, ranking, and optimization techniques
• Familiarity with SEO tools (Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Ability to analyze campaign and SEO performance metrics
• Good communication and execution skills
