Who are you?

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support end-to-end marketing activities, including campaign management, content development, digital presence, and performance analysis. The role also involves basic website management and development support using WordPress. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on execution and wants to grow across both marketing and digital skills.

Key Skills:

• Proven ability to plan and execute digital marketing initiatives covering SEO, content marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization
• End-to-end marketing campaign execution across email, website, and digital channels
• Hands-on email marketing expertise, including campaign creation, segmentation, automation, and optimization
• Proficient in creating marketing creatives, presentations, and branding materials to support campaigns and brand initiatives
• Strong content and copywriting skills for emails, landing pages, website content, and campaigns
• Practical experience managing and updating websites using WordPress, including pages, blogs, and landing pages
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates and basic website enhancements
• Ability to analyze campaign and channel performance and take data-driven actions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing or digital marketing role
• Proven experience using marketing automation, email marketing, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or similar)
• Experience executing marketing campaigns end-to-end, from setup to reporting
• Strong working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation practices
• Experience creating marketing assets and presentations aligned with brand guidelines
• Experience leveraging WordPress CMS to support digital campaigns and website updates
• Basic technical understanding of web technologies
• Familiar with a range of digital marketing technologies to execute campaigns, manage customer data, and measure campaign effectiveness
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree preferred or Equivalent experience
