Role Description

• Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Analyze web traffic, user behavior, and conversions to improve performance.
• Manage and grow our social media profiles and engage with our online community.
• Create and manage content marketing initiatives such as blogs, videos, and promotional creatives.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to develop visually engaging content.
• Monitor and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) using data-driven insights.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and align brand presence accordingly.
• Handle WordPress website development and updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing agency.
• Proficiency in SEO/SEM, email marketing, and major social media platforms.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Telugu & English communication is mandatory.
