Work location:  Chennai / Bangalore
Experience: 2 - 4 years
Qualification: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) is mandatory.

Job Description:
1. Campaign Implementation & Execution
o Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
o Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and adherence to brand guidelines.
o Collaborate with creative, media, and category teams for seamless execution.

2. Performance Analysis & Optimization
o Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
o Prepare reports on KPIs such as engagement, conversion, and ROI.
o Identify trends and recommend actionable improvements for future campaigns.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Work closely with category marketing leads, creative teams, and external agencies.
o Support omni-channel initiatives and ensure alignment with our strategy.

4. Continuous Improvement
o Stay updated on marketing best practices and emerging trends.
o Suggest innovative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
