Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Associate to lead our digital marketing initiatives and develop integrated marketing plans focused on business growth through paid and organic channels such as SEM/SEO, Facebook, Display, and Remarketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company's products and services.

Enhance brand awareness in the digital space and drive website traffic and performance marketing.

Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations for website optimization.

Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns (Google Display, Facebook, and affiliates) against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Manage customer data handling to optimize marketing strategies.

Integrate marketing technology (Mark-Tech) solutions, including pixel integration, to improve campaign effectiveness.

Develop and implement retention marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.

Key Skills:

Graduate with excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) in English.

Strong understanding of content creation and its role in digital marketing.

Good grasp of algorithms and their application in digital marketing.

Experience in customer data handling for targeted marketing efforts.

Exposure to marketing technology (Mark-Tech) tools, particularly pixel integration.

Experience in retention marketing to drive customer engagement and retention.
