Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager (B2C)


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing roadmaps encompassing SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Strategy, and Performance Marketing.


  • Multi-Channel Execution: Lead end-to-end campaigns across diverse platforms including WhatsApp Marketing, Video Production/Marketing, and emerging social channels.


  • Performance & ROI Management: Direct lead generation efforts with a sharp focus on lead quality and cost-per-acquisition (CPA), ensuring all spends remain optimized within the Rs 10 Million annual budget .


  • E-commerce Optimization: Manage and enhance brand presence across major e-tailer platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Quickcommerce


  • Data-Driven Analytics: Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, providing actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure a unified brand voice and seamless execution of integrated marketing initiatives.


  • Innovation & AI Integration: Proactively integrate the latest AI tools into the marketing workflow to increase efficiency, speed of rollout, and campaign effectiveness.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Experience: 4 to 8 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, specifically within the B2C sector .


  • Education: MBA or PGDM from a premier institution (Specialization in Marketing, Advertising, or Mass Communication preferred).


  • Market Expansion: A documented track record of successfully launching brands and products in new territories using digital-first strategies.


  • Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in WhatsApp Marketing automation and performance-based scaling


  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to manage significant budgets while maintaining high standards for ROI and brand integrity.


  • Trend Awareness: Constant vigilance regarding industry shifts, algorithm updates, and emerging best practices.
