What will you be a part of?
The Marketing team develops and executes a marketing strategy resulting in a compelling brand narrative and lead generation for ZoomRx. The digital marketing analyst will play a key role in building a comprehensive digital marketing data infrastructure and analyzing campaign and customer data to inform the optimization of all ZoomRx marketing efforts.
What does your day look like as a Digital Marketing Analyst?
The Digital Marketing Specialist will design, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns targeting professionals in the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors. This role requires expertise in digital channels, analytics, and lead generation, plus hands-on experience with industry-specific platforms and market research.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, email, web) to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.
- Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns for B2B audience growth and engagement.
- Create, manage, and analyze Google Ads campaigns tailored for life sciences audiences, leveraging scientific knowledge for keyword targeting.
- Execute retargeting campaigns in both Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to nurture prospects through the funnel.
- Deploy and track email marketing campaigns via leading platforms, optimizing for deliverability and conversion.
- Edit and update website content using CMS platforms (Strapi preferred), ensuring SEO and UX best practices.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads; partner with sales to improve marketing-to-sales funnel performance.
- Analyze campaign and lead data using Google Analytics, LinkedIn and Salesforce, providing actionable insights and regular reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, tech) to align messaging and maximize campaign impact.
- Stay current on digital marketing, life sciences, and pharma market trends to identify new opportunities.
What will make you successful as a Digital Marketing Analyst candidate?
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven B2B digital marketing experience, ideally within life sciences, biotech, or pharma.
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Ad campaigns and analytics.
- Advanced skills in Google Ads campaign management and optimization.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics for data-driven decision making.
- Experience running retargeting ad campaigns across platforms.
- Familiarity with email deployment platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Website editing experience; Strapi or similar CMS preferred.
- Demonstrated lead generation and nurturing success in a B2B context.
- Experience analyzing and reporting on marketing performance in Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or related field.
- 3+ years of B2B digital marketing experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
