Digital Marketing Account Manager

Location: Remote / Flexible

Type: Contract to Full Time


Were looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team. This role is all about building strong client relationships, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring our clients see measurable results. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills this is an absolute must. Youll act as the bridge between clients and our internal marketing team, making sure projects run smoothly from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships through regular communication and video meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, social, content, design, etc.) to deliver high-quality campaigns.
  • Translate client goals into actionable strategies and oversee execution across digital channels.
  • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and campaign performance, ensuring targets are met.
  • Create and present clear, insightful reports that highlight ROI and next steps.
  • Proactively recommend new strategies and upsell additional services to help clients grow.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations to keep projects on track.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to clients.

  • Requirements
    • 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Account Manager (or similar role).
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email, content, automation).
    • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
    • Confident with client-facing video calls and presentations .
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while managing multiple clients.

  • Nice to Have
    • Agency experience managing multiple accounts.
    • Familiarity with CRMs, analytics tools, or project management software.
    • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or HubSpot.
