Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore North for a Business Development Executive. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing and nurturing client accounts, and building strong relationships with clients. The role demands effective coordination with cross-functional teams to support business growth initiatives and achieving revenue targets. Regular reporting on sales activities and results will also be required.
Qualifications
- Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and develop new client opportunities
- Account Management skills to maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Strong Business and Communication skills to negotiate deals, present proposals, and collaborate with internal teams
- Proficiency in analytical thinking and strategic planning to meet sales goals and market demands
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and handle multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Experience in sales or business development is preferred
