Are you a performance-driven marketer who knows how to bring in high-quality real estate leads through Google Ads? Were looking for someone specialized in lead generation to scale our digital efforts for luxury properties (2- 5 Cr+), across Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension, and Dwarka Expressway.

Role Overview

Youll be solely responsible for creating, managing, and optimising lead generation campaigns, with a focus on Meta Ads, Google ads and high-intent buyer funnels.

What You'll Do

• Run Meta Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) with a focus on generating high-quality leads
• Daily monitoring and optimisation of campaigns for best CPL and conversion rates
• Execute retargeting strategies and custom audience segmentation
• Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate lead quality and continuously refine targeting
• Track performance, analyze data, and report actionable insights

What You Must Have

• 2+ years in performance marketing with a focus on lead generation
• Proven results in generating leads for real estate (luxury segment preferred)
• Deep experience with Google Ads, landing pages, and conversion tracking tools
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI-focused campaigns

Bonus Points For

• Experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
• CRM integration knowledge (e.g. LeadSquared, HubSpot, etc.)
• Familiarity with Gurgaons luxury property market and high-ticket clientele
