Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid) | Experience: 1-2 years (exceptional freshers welcome)

What Youll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube.

• Manage full-funnel performance: audiences, creatives, landing pages, budgets, and reports.

• Track and measure everything: pixels, UTMs, GA4 dashboards.

• Build campaign ideas for two verticals - experiences (lead gen, seat fills, partnerships) and merchandise (sales, gifting, repeat).

• Collaborate with design to turn insights into creative campaigns and ad copy that convert.

• Experiment fast: new hooks, offers, locations, creators - keep testing, keep learning.

• Support social content calendars and engagement boosts when needed.

• And sometimes, pitch in with other creative experiments - were a small, hands-on team that wears many hats and learns from every project.

Must-Haves

• Strong understanding of paid media: targeting, bidding, creatives, attribution, and metrics.

• Hands-on with Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Analytical mindset - you love finding stories in numbers.

• Creative thinker who ships ideas fast.

• Ownership, curiosity, and adaptability.

Good to Have

• Experience managing social media accounts or creator collaborations.

• Basic design/video skills (Canva, Figma).

• Familiarity with email/SMS marketing (flows, automations).

• Experience with Shopify, BookMyShow, Paytm Insider, or Skillbox.
