The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, driving lead generation, and ensuring high-quality content creation.

This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in digital marketing, branding, and analytics. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual contributor with strong team management skills, capable of handling multiple parallel projects efficiently.

1. Content Strategy & Creation for Lead Generation

Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with VEYEs business goals, targeting Australian investors.

Create and manage high-quality content including marketing emails, blogs, newsletters, social media posts, website pages, and equity research reports.

Ensure content is engaging, SEO-optimized, backlinked, and tailored to attract and retain customers.

Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors for compelling multimedia content.

2. Lead Generation & Lead Management

Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, email marketing).

Optimize landing pages, paid ad campaigns, and conversion funnels to drive quality leads.

Implement and manage CRM tools for seamless lead tracking and nurturing.

Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates.

3. Digital Marketing & SEO

Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies.

Oversee Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns for maximum ROI.

Monitor analytics and adjust strategies based on performance insights.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.

4. Brand Management & Innovation

Strengthen VEYEs brand identity, messaging, and positioning.

Ensure consistency across website, social media, and marketing materials.

Create innovative campaigns to differentiate VEYE from competitors.

Enhance website and digital assets for better user experience.

5. Data-Driven Decision Making & Performance Analytics

Track and report key metrics (SEO rankings, engagement, lead conversions, ROI).

Use Google Analytics, CRM reports, and social insights to refine strategies.

Provide monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

6. Team Leadership & Collaboration

Supervise and mentor the marketing intern.

Collaborate with research, sales, and design teams.

Foster a culture of innovation within the marketing department.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).

Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, paid advertising, and CRM management.

Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and automation tools.

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Experience mentoring junior team members.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or video editing tools.

Knowledge of ASX and financial services industry.

Experience in subscription-based business models.
