Role Overview
Koffelo is building a strong Direct-to-Consumer coffee brand, and we are looking for a Digital Manager who can drive online sales, growth marketing and performance campaigns.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. D2C Growth Strategy
Build and execute D2C sales strategy for the Koffelo website and marketplaces
Optimize the online customer journey and conversion funnel
2. Performance Marketing
Manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
Optimize CAC, ROAS and customer acquisition strategies
3. E-commerce Management
Manage product listings, promotions and website performance
Ensure strong merchandising and user experience
4. Data & Analytics
Track performance metrics including traffic, conversion rate, AOV and retention
Use data insights to improve marketing effectiveness
5. CRM & Retention
Develop strategies for repeat purchases and customer loyalty
Implement email, SMS and remarketing campaigns
6. Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, content and brand teams to align campaigns with sales goals
