Location: Gurugram, (On-site, 5 days a week)

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Digital Illustrator with 3-5 years of experience in creating compelling illustrations and digital artwork. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing brand that values creativity, culture, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop original illustrations and digital artwork for Product, packaging & merchandise.
• Translate conceptual ideas into visual narratives that reflect brand values, emotions, and product essence.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, category & product development teams to develop cohesive visual narratives.
• Adapt illustration styles for different mediums - print, web, packaging, and physical products.
• Maintain consistency in visual tone while pushing creative boundaries with character design, patterns, typography-led compositions, and cultural motifs.
• Stay current on art, design, and cultural trends and reflect that awareness in work.
• Ensuring illustrations meet quality and color standards.

Key Skills & Expertise:

• Strong grasp of color theory, composition, form, and character design.
• Proficiency in digital illustration tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, or similar software.
• Versatility in working across different illustration styles (quirky, modern-ethnic, minimal, maximal, pop-culture-inspired, etc.).
• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to visually interpret emotions, themes, and narratives - while bringing your own distinctive artistic voice to guided creative direction.
• Familiarity with art, culture, flora-fauna, and mythology etc is a plus.
• Prior work in lifestyle, gifting, fashion, D2C brands, or packaging design is an advantage.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
