DigitalGrowthMarketer Panache World (Luxury Travel)


Location: Ulsoor, Bangalore | Full-time, in-office (5 days a week)

Compensation: 70,000100,000 per month, depending on your experience.

Were confident in the product: our itineraries, partners, and storytelling are strong. What we need now is a seniorDigitalGrowthMarketer who can make sure the right audience sees it and turns that attention into real, measurable enquiries.Your focus is simple: take the content and brand equity we already have, and turn it into qualifiedleads.


What youll own

Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta/Instagram, Google, and other relevant platforms) with a clear eye on conversions and ROI.

Own the performance of our website (currently Wordpress but moving to Framer), coordinating with our web development agency to ensure it supports discovery, enquiry, and trust.

Implement SEO and GEO strategies to optimize articles for search engines and geo-targeted visibility, while planting seeds for AI search features.

Ensure that blogs and posts are published and distributed consistently across WordPress and social channels (you wont be writing or designing them).

Leadthe setup andgrowthof WhatsApp marketing, from building the funnel to tracking performance.

Manage and grow the reach and impact of our newsletter, working closely with the writer and designer.

Deep-dive into metrics across channels from Instagram audience behaviour to website performance and translate them into clear actions.

Collaborate closely with our company leadership, creative designer, and marketingleadto aligngrowthefforts with the teams storytelling and brand vision.

Build a simple, performance-first view of ourdigitalecosystem so the team knows whats working, whats not, and where to invest.


What success looks like

Our paid campaigns consistently bring in high-intentleadswho match our luxury travel positioning.

Our existing Instagram audience is better segmented, better nurtured, and more likely to enquire.

The website, newsletter, and WhatsApp are working together as a clear, trackable funnel not standalone channels.

SEO/GEO efforts drive organic traffic from key markets, with growing visibility in AI-powered searches.


Who you are

Equipped with a solutions-driven, can-do attitude towards tasks at hand.

Based in Bangalore and willing to work from our Ulsoor office 5 days a week.

At least 5 years of experience indigitalmarketing, with a strong focus on performance andgrowth.

Experience in running campaigns with proven conversions for luxury, premium, or real estate brands (travel/luxury exposure is a big plus).

Skilled in SEO/GEO optimization and emerging AI search strategies.

Fluent with paid platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) and comfortable living inside dashboards, pixels, and performance reports.

Able to collaborate with creatives, writers, and developers while staying anchored in numbers and business outcomes.

Someone who enjoys owning channels end-to-end, testing ideas, and making clear recommendations on where to double down and where to cut back.
