 L&D Digital Development Operations Associate 

Exp - 2-4 Years 
Shift - 6:00 pm to 2:00 am IST  

Key role -

Operational and Administrative Support 

  • Support in managing and monitoring digital development operations process flow. 

  • Work closely with US operations team to help coordinate and channel work to the appropriate teams 

  • Supporting routine inquiries and transactional tasks related to Learning and Development processes across the firm and specific Lines of Service. 

  • Leveraging PwC’s global ticketing system and ServiceNow for inquiries/requests and escalating as needed. 

System and Data Management 

  • Conducting LMS administration tasks including Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD)/Vantage cleanup, BOT management, and system enhancements. 

  • Administering tools such as Metrics that Matter (MtM), uploading e-learning content, and supporting assessments. 

  • Utilizing data tools like Alteryx and Power BI for regular audits and validations. 

Stakeholder Support and Collaboration 

  • Partnering with key stakeholders to manage mandatory L&D programs, such as Compliance and Independence Office initiatives. 

  • Collaborating with IT managers to address technical escalations and system support needs. 

  • Acting as a second-level support for complex queries from stakeholders across L&D and the firm. 

Governance and Quality Assurance 

  • Delivering standardized processes for L&D transactional services while adhering to governance frameworks. 

  • Providing quality reviews and feedback to third-party vendors (e.g., TCS) involved in transactional support. 

Project Assistance and Additional Duties 

  • Supporting project-based assignments and other duties as required. 

Technical Skills:

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone on Demand, HRIS systems like Workday, and familiarity with tools like Alteryx and Power BI. 

Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reviewing and completing tasks. 

Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, including leadership. 

Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Exceptional judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and demands. 

Collaboration: Effective team player with the ability to work independently.

Graduate and above/relevant degree or certification 

  • Undergraduate degree in HR or Learning & Development-related discipline (preferred).
