7th Heaven is a fast-growing bakery caf brand with 400+ outlets across India, and expanding rapidly across the India, UK and beyond . Were looking for a smart, creative, and performance-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to lead our digital ad strategy across platforms and geographies.

Role Summary

Were looking for a creative, fast-moving Digital Designer who can design high-quality social media posts, stories, reels, and short videos for 7th Heaven. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on daily content needs, adapting to brand guidelines, and using tools like Canva + AI tools to speed up ideation and executionwithout compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging Instagram/Facebook creatives: posts, carousels, stories, banners, posters
• Design and edit short-form videos / reels (1030 sec) with strong hooks and pacing
• Work on product-focused visuals: cakes, desserts, beverages, seasonal campaigns, offers, store launches
• Create reel templates and motion graphics: text animations, transitions, subtitles, CTA screens
• Use AI tools for creative concepts, quick variations, background removal, upscaling, mockups, etc.
• Maintain a consistent brand look: fonts, colors, layout, quality standards
• Coordinate with the marketing team for content calendars, campaign creatives, and revisions
• Deliver files in the right formats for social: MP4 / MOV / PNG / JPG, organized properly
• Tools & Skills Required
• Strong skills in Canva
• Video editing tools: CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects / VN / Final Cut (any 12 strong tools is fine)
• Design tools: Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma
• AI tools familiarity : ChatGPT for ideation, Midjourney/DALLE, Adobe Firefly, Runway, remove.bg, upscalers, etc.
• Understanding of social media formats & trends (reels structure, hooks, subtitles, timing, covers)
