Visual Design Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Visual Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the creative team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual solutions that meet client challenges.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in graphic and digital design, with a focus on digital projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with tools like Sketch/Figma are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visual designs for advertising and branding needs, including traditional campaigns, websites, email marketing, digital advertising, social media, and programmatic display.
• Collaborate closely with Art Directors and Creative Directors throughout all phases of a project.
• Produce a large volume of design assets, ensuring each meets specific brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables.
• Review and refine designs to ensure they are error-free, visually cohesive, and aligned with the brand's standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A portfolio that demonstrates strong experience in graphic and digital design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with tools like Sketch/Figma.
• Solid understanding of web design principles, including responsive/adaptive design, user experience, and accessibility.
• Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript is an asset.
• Strong production skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
