What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. ? The Tagging & Taxonomy (T&T) Subject Matter Expert (SME) will play a critical role in creating a coherent structure that supports effective information management, enhances user experience, and drives better decision-making through organized and accessible data. ? Ensuring seamless integration and alignment between T&Ts strategy and governance, and the existing content production and campaign execution. ? Managing and triaging tickets to the team as per agreed timelines Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design ? Advising opportunities for growth and optimizing processes to ensure data quality and delivery on-time. ? Influencing the governance of metadata fields across the ViiVs MarTech stack in scope. ? Execute Projects in line with project management principles of Communication, Stakeholder management, Risk & Issue Management, Governance & Standard Compliance etc. In this role, you will perform hierarchical classification of entities of interest of an enterprise, organization or administration, used to classify documents, digital assets and other information.
What are we looking for? ? Minimum 6 years of experience in a related field (e.g., information architecture, metadata management, marketing taxonomy) ? Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining tagging and taxonomy systems. ? Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices. ? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. ? Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to effectively represent the Great knowledge about its scope and SOPs for content production and campaign deployment. ? Detail-oriented and analytical mind with a passion for data accuracy and consistency. ? Experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment. ? Proficiency in MarTech suite, especially Claravine, SFMC, Tealium, AEM, and Adobe Analytics. ? Proficiency in Microsoft office especially PowerPoint and any other presentation tools. ? Proficiency in virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Roles and Responsibilities: ? Serve as client Liaison for T&T by communicating roadmaps, decisions & processes to ensure consistent and optimised content and campaign tagging across all channels scope. ? Collaborate with the T&T team to ensure data quality and compliance by guiding and policing the metadata governance across metadata input sources (example: content and campaign briefing forms) and metadata fields in marketing platform. ? Understanding client requirements for multichannel Campaign/content and cascading tasks to the T&T team ? Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks from briefing to reporting, related to metadata. Collaborate with the team to streamline processes for optimal efficiency. ? Ensuring brand standards and privacy compliance for every campaign. ? Partner with channel owners to develop and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for effective tagging. Ensure metadata fields are accurate and complete across all channels. ? Possess strong familiarity with ViiV s martech suite, particularly Claravine, SFMC, Tealium, AEM and Adobe Analytics. Leverage this expertise to ensure data consistency and adherence to T&T standards and governance. ? Oversee the governance role in metadata management, ensuring compliance with data quality and regulatory standards. ? Advocate for the importance of well-defined, standardized metadata fields across platforms, ensuring alignment with T&T strategy and objectives.
